Villas in the Sporades Islands

Emerald shores, untouched nature and gentle living

Villas in the Sporades Islands

Scattered across the northern Aegean, the Sporades Islands are one of Greece’s lesser visited archipelagos, and the further one travels east the more one strays off the beaten path. Our villas, many of which have direct access to the cobalt waters of the Aegean, are immersed in the emerald greenery of Skiathos, Skopelos and Alonissos.

Sporades Highlights

At one with nature

At one with nature

Emerald pine woods that tumble down to the water’s edge, empty, meandering mule tracks, myriad paradisiacal beaches, and, in the Alonissos Marine Reserve, crystal-clear seas where dolphins and monk seals thrive, and a string of islets islands inhabited only by wild goats and numerous bird species. The natural beauty of the Sporades still takes our breath away.

Archetypal Greek towns

Archetypal Greek towns

Skopelos Town is a gently buzzing port, where white-washed houses, and pedestrian alleys flanked by shops, tavernas and churches rise up from the water. Alonissos Town, meanwhile, stands at an altitude of 200m above sea level. Largely abandoned after the earthquake of 1965, it is now a cosmopolitan spot with sweeping vistas and plenty to see and do. Visit them both.

Eat local, feel like a local

The Sporades is a bijoux agricultural paradise where many locals still grow their own fruit and vegetables and produce their own olive oil and wine. The surrounding waters are fished sustainably, and seafood is as fresh as can be. Dine on pasta with lobster, indulge in artisanal cheeses, feast on plums, and snack on hortopita, pies stuffed with greens and herbs.
