When in Puglia you are rarely far from the sea and it is no coincidence that the region's inhabitants are great seafarers. Yachting and pleasure-boating are popular pastimes, as are most watersports. Indeed, it is the sea, its beaches and its translucent waters that make Puglia such a popular holiday destination not only for Italians but also for a growing number of overseas visitors.

I cannot fault anything at Trullo del Sale. We enjoyed being able to rest and relax in the villa.

Trullo del Sale is an absolute dream. The pictures don't fully reflect how glorious it is. The huge yard with the ancient olive trees was spectacular. We were all in heaven.

The housekeeper at Trullo del Sale is brilliant and helpful.

Trullo del Sale is a beautiful property. The photos on the web site don't do it justice - the roof terrace, the common rooms and the barbeque area are much larger than I expected, which gives the property a great deal of flexibility.

It was a wonderful holiday. Trullo del Sale was beautiful and so well kept. Excellent. We were really looked after well by the housekeeper and the chef was amazing and great value. We all loved the food and she really made our holiday.
