The Area
Trulli Andrea is situated at the southern end of the Valle d'Itria near the charming towns of Ceglie Messapica and Ostuni, this latter a beautifully restored baroque centre with stunning panoramic views. The Valle d'Itria, however, is probably best known for its trulli, and nowhere are these more in evidence than in the picture-postcard town of Alberobello. Locorotondo, Cisternino and Martina Franca are also well worth a visit. If you are looking for beaches, the Adriatic coast offers long stretches of sand and some well recommended lidos from which to enjoy it. Further afield, Lecce, Gallipoli, Otranto and Monopoli are justly famous towns waiting for you to unlock their secrets.

Culinary experiences in Valle d'Itria
The Valle d'Itria has a rich culinary heritage that combines simplicity, deliciously flavoursome ingredients, and respect for tradition. One of our culinary experiences in the area will give you a unique insight into one of Italy's most genuine and tasty expressions of cucina povera.

After spending a little time exploring its achingly beautiful streets and admiring the wonderful views, we recommend you head down to one of the terraced vineyards below to taste Locorotondo’s renowned white wine, arguably the best in Puglia. We know the best places, so just say the word and we’ll organise a tour anda tasting for you.

Trulli Andrea is just beautiful. It is on a hillside site and so authentic. We had breakfast served every day and availed of superb on-site evening dining experience. We received wonderfully warm, efficient service from The Thinking Traveller from start to finish. A big thank you. You made our holiday.

Amazing views and experience.

Trulli Andrea is in a fantastic location but rural so transport is vital. It suits larger self-contained groups. For us as an extended family, it worked wonderfully well.
