Our favourite beach clubs in Greece

1. Pasaji Beach Club in Mykonos

Travellers looking for the perfect beach club in Mykonos, Greece will find themselves truly spoiled for choice. The island is famed for them, with parties and dancing to be found on many spectacular shorelines, at famed nightspots including the buzzing Cavo Paradiso and the indulgent SantAnna on Paraga Beach.

For those who enjoy a slightly slower pace, Pasaji Beach Club is a refined, relaxed and family-friendly Mykonos beach club, offering a slice of luxury by the sparkling Aegean Sea. Situated on the gorgeous Ornos Beach, Pasaji Beach Club offers a warm welcome and exceptional, attentive service. Relaxing sun beds, drinks and light Mediterranean-Asian fusion food is all readily on hand, with a shisha bar and exceptional restaurant also available to visitors. Ornos Beach itself is well worth the visit, offering some of the very best swimming on Mykonos.

Our 14-person villa Noera is located just 10 minutes from Ornos Beach, within easy reach of Pasaji Beach Club. This panoramic villa boasts views over the Aegean from its shimmering pool. Perched in the hills above vibrant Mykonos Town (which is just 10 minutes away by car), Noera offers peace and tranquillity near some of the best destinations in Mykonos.

Other Mykonos beach clubs

Elsewhere on the island, the pristine white six-bedroom villa Liliana lies within easy reach of another beach club we love, Liasti Mykonos.

For those who prefer an ‘away from it all’ Greek beach escape, Remvy, our spectacular 14-person villa, offers a private beach club ‘experience’ to the north of the island. Located 500 metres from Agios Sostis (a beach favoured by Mykonos locals), Remvy boasts a large infinity pool, sea views and plenty of little luxuries upon request, such as an in-villa chef. While the adjacent beach does not have umbrellas or beach club facilities, its peacefulness allows guests to soak up the beauty of the shoreline without distraction and within easy reach of this luxurious villa. In our eyes, this makes Remvy one of the best villas for a beach holiday in Greece you won’t soon forget.

2. Soros Beach Club on Antiparos

For a luxury beach club experience on a quiet shore, the Soros Beach Club on Antiparos is a must. This exclusive club offers sun loungers and exceptional service, including an array of treats for its clientele, and the SPRKLS experience add-on offers visitors deliciously chilled Veuve Clicquot champagne and an array of gastronomic treats during their visit. Cocktails, drinks and light snacks are all available at this beach club, with a restaurant on site for more substantial Japanese-Mediterranean fusion meals.

Soros is the beach closest to the exquisite Xasteria, our breath-taking six-bedroom contemporary villa with extraordinary views across the coastline of southeastern Antiparos. Located an easy 15-minute walk from Soros Beach Club, this modern villa, complete with its glittering infinity pool, is the perfect retreat for those seeking laid back luxury during their Greek beach holiday.

Yvoni, a four-bedroom villa just a short walk from Soros Beach, is another little gem in the area, with a smaller beach just four minutes’ walk from its gate. Spectacular views, an infinity pool, al fresco cooking facilities and a daily maid service make this a wonderful escape for visitors to Antiparos.

To the north of Antiparos, the dreamy six-bedroom villa Lyda boasts equally relaxed charm, with a more traditional aesthetic. A 10-minute drive from The Beach House on the sheltered Apantima Beach (another unmissable beach club), this villa offers glorious views, a large pool and even boasts a wood-fired pizza oven.

3. Elia Beach Club on Tinos

Gorgeous Agios Fokas is one of the most popular beaches on Tinos, and for good reason. This sublime location is one of the most idyllic settings for a beach club in Greece, which makes the Elia Beach Club a must-visit destination. Relaxed and unpretentious, Elia Beach Club boasts a restaurant serving traditional Mediterranean cuisine and a beach bar, with a swimming pool, sofas, snacks, cocktails and sun loungers - all of the ingredients for a relaxed beach club experience.

Just three-minutes’ walk from Agios Fokas, travellers will find Terrea, a 12-person sea-view villa set amidst a five-hectare estate full of leafy vineyards and olive groves. With a tennis court, a basketball court, al fresco dining areas, a swimming pool and terraces, the charming world of Terrea offers guests a truly unforgettable summer.

4. Aliki Beach Club in Paros

The fishing village of Aliki offers travellers an ‘off the beaten track’ beach club experience in the Mediterranean. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available at Aliki Beach Club in Paros, and a small beachside bar serves drinks and food in the shade. This is not the beach club for those seeking extreme luxury or sophistication. Instead, Aliki is a beach for simple, wholesome beachside fun. Sheltered and scenic, this is a wonderful spot for families with children, offering everything that is needed for a day beside the warm waters of the Aegean.

5. Nikki Beach in Porto Heli

The internationally renowned beach club Nikki Beach in Porto Heli in the Peloponnese is one of the best-kept secret beach clubs in Greece for those seeking a slice of seaside glamour. Here you will find plush, oversized white daybeds, perfectly chilled champagne, expert mixologists, an in-house DJ and a wonderful spa offering indulgent treatments.

The beautiful villas of Carmen, Neysa and Iriana are all located within a 10-minute drive from Nikki Beach. Our extraordinary 12-person villa Carmen occupies its very own headland on Porto Heli, providing 360-degree coastal views, a large pool and total tranquillity amidst lush gardens and extensive terraces, with a beach accessible from the bottom of the garden.

Neysa, which has space for up to 14 guests, is a classic sea-front summer house, with an idyllic beach accessed directly from the property. With a swimming pool set in verdant grounds, sea views and space to moor a boat, this villa is the perfect escape for larger groups. So too, is Iriana, a 13-person villa with an infinity pool, set on one of Porto Heli’s most desirable stretches of coastline and just a stone’s throw from the glamour of Nikki Beach.

6. Ai Helis Beach Club in Kefalonia

A taverna that serves excellent Greek dishes and features a little music, a shady bar, umbrellas and sun loungers is a recipe for the perfect beach club in the right setting. Ai Helis is one such place. Sheltered between two headlands, this stunningly beautiful, sandy beach offers warm waters, wonderful snorkelling, sea caves to explore and rocks for the daring to jump from. A five-minute walk downhill to access the beach from the club means that it is often uncrowded. To us, this simple spot is one the best locations for beach holidays in the Mediterranean.

Located just a 10-15 minute walk from Ai Helis, Odyssea offers accommodation for 12 guests across six bedrooms. Perched on a coastal cliff top overlooking the Kefalonian coast, this luxurious terracotta villa is home to magical Mediterranean gardens, an infinity pool with views of the ocean, daily maid service and beautiful terraces - perfectly designed for al fresco summer living.
