Don’t tell this to anyone from Ibiza or the Côte d'Azur, but the Mediterranean’s most exclusive summer destination is Porto Heli, a hush-hush slice of paradise on the eastern tip of the Peloponnese.
Getting there
Fly to Athens, then either take a hydrofoil from Piraeus (2hr40) or drive (2hr50).

- Must-see sight: the archaeological site and theatre of Epidaurus
