The Area
Pacifica is located on the northernmost tip of Meganissi above gorgeous Balou Bay. Just 2km away (a pleasant 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive) are the buzzing seafront tavernas, shops and harbour of Vathi. The neighbouring island of Lefkada is just a 20-minute crossing from Vathi.
Meganissi covers just 20 square kilometres but has plenty to offer, with numerous bays and beaches to explore, sleepy white-washed villages, such as Katomeri or Spartochori, to wander around and lots of good walking paths in the centre of the island.
The two main harbours of Vathi and Spilia are great spots for dining on fish, whiling away an hour or two with a drink in hand or setting out on one of the frequent ferries to visit other islands in the Ionian archipelago.
