From our local specialist

Tree Doorway
"Aegina is rightly proud of its DOP pistachios and the island’s cooks and bakers use them in numerous dishes. My favourites are kataifi and saragli (types of baklava) and pistachio spoon sweets. There’s even a delicious pistachio liqueur to try."
