The Head of Brand Marketing will be responsible for leading the brand marketing strategy to drive business growth and enhance brand recognition. This senior role involves overseeing the brand marketing and creative team, developing and executing brand marketing plans, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in brand management, marketing communications, digital marketing, and market research.

Working Partnerships: Digital Marketing Team, Product & Performance Team, Design Team, Sales Operations Team, Sales Team, Local Operations Team and Third-Party Design agencies.

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing and customer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness with the luxury consumer, increase engagement and sentiment, and driving customer loyalty
  • In collaboration with key stakeholders and departments, oversee the creation of marketing initiatives, ensuring they are innovative, effective, and aligned with the brand’s identity
  • Ensure consistent and elevated brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials

Owned Channel

  • Work with the brand team to deliver an annual calendar of marketing initiatives aligned to our brand goals. Including PR activations, events, brand partnerships, influencers, social content and storytelling, CRM and loyalty, and trade sales
  • Managing our PR agencies in UK (global) and DACH. Briefing them on key brand messages, driving the activation strategy and ensuring success
  • Create and deliver a cross-channel content strategy that celebrates our brand story and USP
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of owned channel efforts and adjust strategies as needed. Provide updates and insights on marketing performance to executive meetings

Marketing Operations & Cross-functional collaboration

  • Manage the brand marketing and creative team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
  • Oversee the briefing and production of marketing materials, including digital marketing and site content, social content, print collateral, and advertising. Generating a clear and effective briefing and sign off process, with an exceptional eye for detail and knowledge of the customer journey
  • Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a high return on investment
  • Work closely with digital marketing, design team, villa specialists, sales and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Conduct cross functional communication planning meetings

Market and Customer Research

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Identifying opportunities for growth
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed
  • Understand the luxury and travel sectors and proactively feedback insights that help shape our customer journey and experience

Your Specifications

Qualifications

  • Experience: Significant and demonstrable experience in marketing, particularly within a senior role. Proven track record of successful brand management and marketing campaign execution
  • Knowledge: Experience & passion for the Mediterranean

Skills

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in owned channel digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of market research and data analysis
